The Banking Financial Services Practice of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting opportunity for a senior associate or counsel attorney with a minimum of five years experience in regulatory enforcement and investigations to join the Supervision, Enforcement and Litigation group. We are open to applicants in the markets above with a preference for Washington, D.C. or New York.

The ideal candidate will have experience with bank and consumer financial protection regulations, including fair lending and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws. Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required. Experience with government investigations and supervisory examinations is also required. Experience with payments or fintech is a plus. Prior law firm experience is not required, and applicants from government agencies are encouraged. To be considered, you must be a member of a state bar in good standing.
