- Must be a current QCUSD high school student.
- Ability to communicate with parents, staff and students.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations and rules.
- Excellent customer service and reliability.
- For those 18+: must pass fingerprint and background clearance.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., be able to exert 25 -30 lbs. of force frequently, push, pull or otherwise move.
- Ability to walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, and to sit for long periods of time.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees and families
- Learns all essential skills within a reasonable time span
- Assists Site Lead and Site Aides with necessary tasks:
- Be willing to take initiative
- Performs all duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned

JOB GOAL:
To assist in the daily processes and activities throughout the school year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 180 Days; 9 Months; Part-time
COMPENSATION: Minimum Wage
BENEFITS: As per District policy
REPORTS TO: Community Education Director
HOURS: 17.50 hours per week - Monday-Friday
CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-exempt
