One of our clients is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide service in Downingtown. PA.
SUMMARY OF CLIENTS DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Administer assessments including VB MAPP, Essentials for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
* Confer with members of ABA therapy staff and other team members, individually and in Analysis meetings (IEP/ISP) to exchange, discuss, and evaluate client information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment
* Develop and modify instructional plans
* Document process on goals
* Instruct, motivate, and assist clients
* Facilitate Natural Environment Training
* Observe client during treatment. Compile and evaluate data on patient responses to treatments and progress
* Train and supervise direct care staff on ABA
* Directly observe treatments administered by DSP staff and collect IOA and Fidelity data.
* Review documentation and data collection,and provide feedback
* Adhere to all PA requirements regarding progress notes/billing and audit procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's or Doctorate in Psychology or related field preferred)
* One year of paid, post-graduate experience providing clinically supervised treatment to children, adolescents, or adults with autism in-home, community, and school-based settings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
* Experience administering the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS and/or Essentials of Living
* Relevant Experience in CBI and Autism
