One of our clients is seeking Residential Aides to provide services in the Harleysville area.
Up to $2300/month depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Experience working with persons with mental health issues and intellectual developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Valid Driver's License
* Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
