What We're Looking For:
Are you a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida? A Florida license in one of these disciplines required. Do you have a heart for serving individuals with serious mental illnesses? We're seeking a compassionate leader with at least one year of full-time experience in this field, along with prior supervision experience. Experience with Electronic Health Records and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. A valid Florida Drivers license, proof of insurance, and access to an automobile are required.

Your Role:
As the FACT Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our self-contained support team. You'll provide both administrative guidance and clinical oversight, ensuring that our team delivers top-notch treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to our clients.
