We have clients with opportunities available in the Bloomfield area! Our clients need professionals to provide care for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals in various premier residential group homes.
Full time and part time client negotiable temp to perm opportunities available!
CLIENT'S COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER
Client offering $17.25+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
* Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
* Participate in the house behavior modification system.
* Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
* Transport consumers to appointments (as needed)
DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
* 18 years or older
* Minimum of one (1) year paid direct care experience with MH/IDD patients
* Valid driver's license
