Bi Lingual House Keeping Supervisor Spanish / English

MaidPro is looking for a supervisor of house cleaning.

This job is 50% in the field cleaning, quality control checks and training. 50% in the office answering phones, helping translate, testing new staff, laundry, chemicals and inventory. These are just some of the many hats you would wear!!

We are a small office so we all pitch in where needed.

What we require from you:

Experience in the cleaning industry

You are a great cleaner!!

Love coaching and developing staff

Love animals

You must be reliable and a hard worker.

Detailed

A cleaning driving record, auto insurance, NO criminal history, able to work in the US.

We pay $13 to start with a raise in 90 days to $14. You will use the company vehicle to travel to jobs and do errands.....no nights or weekends. 30-40 hours a week. Home normally before 3-4pm. Starting as early as 7am but most often 8am.
