AllHealth Network is growing! We are seeking a full-time Spanish Speaking Access to Care Specialist/Call Center Representative to work at our administration office. This person needs to be flexible, as they will work every other Saturday. The schedule is from 10AM - 7PM, with a one hour lunch. This position is fully remote, but you must live in Colorado. Job Purpose:
Access to Care Specialists work as part of a team, autonomously responding to and managing incoming calls to AllHealth Network. Specialists interface with clients, the community, and AllHealth Network staff, to assist in the navigation of behavioral health services, scheduling, linking clients to internal and external providers of care, setting appointments, and helping members identify needs and access appropriate services.

Goals and Objectives:
Provide timely and courteous response to all internal and external calls into AllHealth Network
Ensure a broad working knowledge of agency resources and programs and be able to speak to them proficiently during calls.
Provide comprehensive service to all callers requests by ensuring all needs have been addressed before hanging up
Provide appointments that are scheduled with appropriate providers at a high accuracy rate for best service

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer calls, set appointments and provide responses to requests for information and services
Schedule mental health appointments by phone, collect insurance and other pertinent information to enter client data directly into computer system
Schedule such inquiries in a manner consistent with AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Document all activities in electronic medical record system
Monitor providers schedules and schedule visits to maximize clinic productivity; this includes back-filling open slots
Monitor Televox and reminder call system for confirmations and cancellations per procedures
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, peers, agencies, and the general public
Participate in meetings as appropriate to this position and to the Network
Expected to demonstrate customer service focus, effective and knowledgeable communication and professionalism with consumers, co-workers and outside agency personnel in order to provide high quality services and to enhance community relationships
Coordinate incoming referrals to appropriate processes and provide feedback to referral sources for customer service
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
A. Education: High School/GED require, BA/BS, preferred.
B. Experience: Minimum two years of related experience required; high-volume Call Center experience preferred.
C. Skills: Strong computer and communication skills. Calmness under pressure. Superior customer service skills, organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with multiple line telephone system, voice mail, copiers, fax machines.
D. Other: Ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 15 lbs.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.71 per hour

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
