A local business has an opening for a bilingual Administrative Assistant at our Office in Meridian, ID.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing franchise companies in the US!
This is a critical position in our organizational growth and success. A successful candidate will be able to build rapport with our clients, client prospects, and our Franchisee network over the phone, and in-person, must be able to utilize a systematic outreach approach and possess a fearless attitude as it relates to activity.
We are seeking highly motivated candidates to work in the Meridian office. The compensation package includes an hourly rate Plus an opportunity to earn great commissions! Paid holidays and PTO after 6 months.
Hours are: Part/Full time 30-40 hours per week
The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Data entry
Scheduling Franchise presentation appointments
Conducting Franchise presentations
Participating in franchisee orientations
Running reports
Processing paperwork
Maintaining client and franchise files
Client lead generation
Updating the Unit Franchisee newsletter once a month
Ordering and maintains supplies
Skills/ Requirements
The ideal candidate must be:
Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
Highly motivated
Customer-focused with an outgoing personality
Flexible and adaptable
Professional
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Proficient in Quick Books a plus
Able to Multi-Task and work independently
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Sales experience a plus
Commercial cleaning experience a plus
