Were hiring a Bilingual Call Center Supervisor for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Supervisor
  • Location: SW Houston
  • Pay: $23-$26/hr
  • Hours: M-F 6am-8:30pm, Sat & Sun if needed
  • Duration: Long Term Temporary
  • Description of Duties: Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising call center agents, handling escalations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies while utilizing strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
  • Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a lead or supervisor, bilingual in both Spanish and English, strong verbal communication, multitasking skills, and a positive customer service attitude. Must have basic computer knowledge, the ability to manage teams effectively, and meet testing requirements, including a CSR test (score 80+) and typing test (30+ WPM). Can not have any past due toll road charges.
