Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community, work and home based services to children with mental health and behavioral concerns. Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals allowing the team to help improve the life experiences of the people we serve. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated In Home Therapist (IHT) that is interested in making a difference
Hybrid services are being offered at this time.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the entire family (or a subset of the family) the In-Home Therapy team develops a treatment plan and uses established psycho-therapeutic techniques and intensive family therapy, to implement focused interventions and behavioral techniques. This includes enhancing problem-solving, risk management/safety planning, improving communication, building skills to strengthen the family, improving ineffective patterns of interaction, identifying and utilizing community resources, and developing and maintaining natural supports for the youth and parent/caregiver(s) to promote sustainability of treatment gains.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Master's Degree in CBHI approved field
* Fluent in Spanish (reading/writing)
