About this position:

Albion Healthcare's division has a client, a busy Urology practice with multiple physicians, looking for a Bilingual Medical Receptionist for the Aventura, FL area. Must be able to work in fast pace environment, mute task while keeping a good attitude.

Front desk duties including but not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Check in and check out
• Reconfirming insurance plan
• Collect co-pays
• Schedule return appointments

Candidate needs to speak Spanish and English fluently, have experience working with EMR and be willing to pitch in where and when needed.

Schedule:

Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 08:00 am - 5:00 pm. However if doctors are running behind must be able to stay late from time to time.

Workplace Location:

Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Aventura, FL
