Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our facility. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to assist with office tasks while remaining flexible to help out on the production floor when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to operations.
- Assist with inventory management and order tracking.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Support production staff during peak times or when additional hands are required.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous office experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software (excluding Microsoft products).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to assist in production as needed.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
