Position Summary
Our company is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to work at a building in Sunny Isle Beach . This is an older building (built in 1965) that is currently undergoing concrete restoration and electrical work for its 50-year recertification. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping responsibilities and assist with reception duties, working closely with the building's 12 employees (6 maintenance, 3 housekeeping, 3 building management). This role is essential for ensuring both financial accuracy and excellent resident interactions. Essential Duties and Responsabilities
- Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records and generating reports.
- Use TOPS software for building management functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team (building manager, operations director, security supervisor) and step in to support other roles as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with residents.
- A team player who is willing to assist in different roles as part of the four-person management team.
- Experience with TOPS software for building management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
