Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a talented Bilingual Staffing Coordinator experienced with the hiring process from beginning to end. As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you have strong communication skills (English & Spanish) and like working with people.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Recruiting and on-boarding new employees.
Maintain employee database through ATS
Assist with employee orientation
Source candidates by using databases and social media platforms
Evaluate and screen resumes
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Strong Customer interfacing capabilities
I year Recruiting Experience
Comfortable in corporate and manufacturing environments
Excellent communication skills
Solid organization
Multi-tasking experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Can Navigate through multiple processes
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
