SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department
* Coordinate and schedule appointments in EHR system
* Complete medication refill requests
* Verify and collect insurance information
* Manage office supply inventory and ordering
* Coordinate mail inflow and outflow
REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, EHR system a plus
