Our Client in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to assist in the care, coordination, and management of healthcare needs for a diverse patient population.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assess patient needs, provide ancillary support to physicians in planning outcomes and interventions
* Complete required documentation
* Implement interventions and evaluate the outcomes of care provided
* Deliver superior nursing care, supervise the clinical team, and provide administrative and logistical support as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Must be licensed as an RN in Maryland (or compact state)
* Must have 2 years of supervisory experience
* Must have experience working with various populations and diverse backgrounds
