Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Bistro Mariposa Server to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, serve drinks, and take/enter beverage orders promptly.
• Memorize menu items, make recommendations, and provide superior guest service.
• Address and escalate guest concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Clear and set tables, and complete side work assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to speak and write English effectively.
• Ability to understand and communicate information clearly through spoken and written words.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, use hands continuously, and push/pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs).
• Must be at least 18 years old, able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
