BizTalk Admin & Developer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (Phoenix, AZ) - Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives. Design, develops, programs, and maintains full-scale electronic data interchange processes using BizTalk. Develops BizTalk applications for connecting internal and external systems and for processing healthcare EDI transactions. Oversee the inbound and outbound transmissions of EDIs, keeping in line with HIPAA standards at all times. Develop, monitor, and upgrade BizTalk solutions and components. Provide deployment support for BizTalk applications. Design, customize, develop, and test BizTalk services in a multi-tier software systems environment. Perform review of design and specifications, code, documentation, reports and other deliverables to ensure that solutions employ good development practices and promote the IT strategy.

Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related; and 5 years of related post-Bachelors, progressive experience as a System Analyst, Software Engineer, or related software developer occupation; which must include some experience with: Building Object Oriented Application and Service oriented architecture using C#, .Net, XML/XSD (Schemas), XSLT, XPath, XQuery, JSON and one of the core repositories (Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS),Git Hub, or Azure dev OPS); BizTalk based solution design with interface development using Adapters (WCF, Flat File, XML, EDI, SQL, MSMQ, and HTTP), schemas, orchestrations, maps, pipelines, Binding File port configuration; HIPAA Mandated Health Care EDI communications standards and Development (834, 837 (institutional, Professional, Dental), 835, 27X, and protocols using BizTalk EDI software platform; BizTalk Admin Console Administration, including identifying failures, analysis, corrective Action, deployment (MSI), and operational Task for managing BizTalk environments; and Microsoft SQL Server development, including data design and optimization, stored procedures, cursors, XML queries, indexing, locking, and entity relationships.
