As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share the same passion for helping youth that are in need. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum disorder. We work in our clients home, center, school, and community environments to provide the highest quality services and meet our client needs. As a BCBA, you will assess, design, oversee implementation, and monitor the efficacy of applied behavior analysis treatment programs. BCBA's supervise ABA treatment teams, conduct appropriate assessments designing and modifying function-based interventions and skill acquisition treatment plans, as well as train and mentor ABA Tutors and Lead ABA Tutors.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Masters Degree with Certification required
  • License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) and BCBA certification required

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in the field of ABA and/or I/DD to include
  • Two (2) years of experience of implementing behavioral treatment plans
  • One (1) year of experience in performing behavioral assessments - developing, writing, implementing and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs; and training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
  • Must possess valid driver's license & pass 39-month DMV history check
  • Current AZ fingerprint clearance card with NO restrictions - or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidates understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
