Job Description
SUMMARY
Manages the activities of a TUSD school business office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business or related field and two years of experience in a business office to include bookkeeping experience OR four years of progressively responsible experience in a business office to include bookkeeping experience
Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database and spreadsheet programs
Basic knowledge of accounting practices and principals
Currently bonded or eligible for bonding by insurance company
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Sahuaro High School- Broadway & Camino Seco Area
Classification: White Collar
FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
