Job Summary: | The Bowling Representative team member is responsible for customer service in the Starlight Lanes Bowling Center. This team member provides the customers with lane assignments; makes sure they are fitted appropriately for their shoes, and handles lane response questions. |

Responsibilities: Greets customers in a timely manner. Answers general bowling center inquiries received on the telephone or within the bowling center, and directs other inquiries to the appropriate departmental person. Collects customer fees for bowling services rendered. Operates cash registers and/or credit card machines, and adding machines. Complies with all policies and procedures to include safety regulations of the bowling center. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members. High School Diploma or GED. General knowledge of bowling. One-year customer service experience. Display strong verbal and written communication skills. A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the companys choice, through a payroll deduction program. All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.

Must be able to lift up to 70lbs of bowling equipment. Must be able to work various hours, as needed, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work at a fast pace. Must be able to handle stress effectively. Must be able to maneuver around the Bowling Center, as needed, to collect and distribute all necessary materials and communication. Physical ability to safely perform the essential job functions of the position.
