Who We Are Looking For:

A brand marketer who is unafraid to think differently, has a passion for making a difference in higher education, and enjoys keeping up with the latest marketing and media trends. Looking for a self-starter who is interested in collaborating with multiple teams to develop and execute brand strategies, and who thrives on working in cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely, with the occasional need to be in-person for meetings and photoshoots, and will come to the table with passion, excitement and fresh ideas.

What You Will Work On:

  • Developing creative briefs to bring client goals an objectives to live in an authentic and engaging manner
  • Coordinating creation and production of marketing materials, advertising and media, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaing traffic schedules and performance trackers for traditional and digital media plans
  • Project management of tactical jobs, ensuring these are opened up correctly, gain all levels of required approvals, and are on-schedule
  • Key contact for day-to-day communications with media partners, as well as clients.
  • Assist with organizing large-scale, full-production commercials, video interviews and photography sessions
  • Dive in to research to pull actionable insights and learnings
  • Staying up-to-date with media and industry trends

Who You Will Work With:

You will work daily within the core Brand Unit team while frequently partnering with teammates across Multimedia, Creative and Marketing Services, as well as with external partners such as media, production and talent agencies.

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, or business administration
  • 5-7 years marketing experience, preferably in an in-house creative department or media agency
  • Traditional and digital media planning experience
  • Client-servicing experience
  • Solid time-management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Adept project management abilities
