Consistent with the Medicare business model, the local market has overall responsibility for DSNP product performance and growth. The DSNP Program Manager, under the direction of the Medicare General Manager, is the individual in each market who is responsible for managing this product by collaborating with local market leaders and corporate supports. Responsibilities include coordination of membership, sales, community relationships, provider network, clinical outcomes, financial performance, quality and member experience activities. Works collaboratively with market based functions, enterprise functions, Medicare and Medicaid corporate functions and the National DSNP Program Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Medicare Advantage experience including Dual SNP.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a MA role that includes management of Dual SNP.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Medicare Advantage experience with focus in the Dual SNP space.
- P&L experience a plus.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
