The Business analyst will be responsible for creating agile stories based SaFe standards. They will also be responsible for working closely with scrum masters and measure the progress of each sprints. Excellent knowledge about tools like RTC, JIRA etc are preferred.
This position is under Cloud COE health care IT division and the resource will be closely working with various stakeholders within HCB IT to move applications into cloud. Journey to cloud program is major initiative under enterprise modernization program and this program has 3-5 year roadmap now to move more than 500 applications from HCB into cloud. This role would be a key role to track various cloud migrations and identify the technical requirement for cloud migration.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years experience as business analyst or Scrum master
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
* Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
* Certified Scrum Master
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
