Job Description
Business Analyst role with CVS Health Pharmacy team that is driven by a vision to "improve the quality of human life" of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable, and easy to access. This individual is a member of the Agile Product Team and will collaborate with the IT Product Owner, Product Manager and Business and IT stakeholders to write/refine user stories and complete other related tasks throughout each Product Increment.

Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the Agile team to create user stories and define concise acceptance criteria that can be developed and tested
* Collaborate with the IT Product Owner and other team members to ensure understanding of customer requirements and provides technical guidance
* Answer technical questions related to user stories to provide clarification for developers and testers
* Participate in the development of user story demonstrations for business and other stakeholders to confirm functionality
* Play a leadership role in business problem-solving
* Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with CVS Health's business strategies
* Provide suggestions for product improvement

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of IT experience
* 3+ years of demonstrated practical work experience in the Business Analyst role
* 3+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, data analysis, system design, and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
* Experience in the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
