Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $83,339.068
Mid = $104,173.835

Summary:

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting business development initiatives and activities for the organization. Works on a variety of projects including strategy materials, analysis, and internal communications. Professionally and effectively maintains positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including YRMC leaders and departments, industry partners and community groups. Support and assist the business development team to implement specific strategies aligned with organizational goals. The Business Development Specialist should be highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under short deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Works closely with the Divisional leaders to implement strategic plans that support organizational goals and initiatives. Helps ensure project timelines are met.

2. Identifies new market and healthcare opportunities. Works closely with the other teams to review and analyze organizational data and external data to maximize business development effort while focusing on actionable insights to help achieve organizational goals.

3. Provides support in the development of materials (presentations) while maintaining corporate brand standards. Supports the development of comprehensive business development project briefs with moderate to high visibility in collaboration with key stakeholders.

4. Provides overall support for department activities including internal and external department initiatives and programs. Collaborates, develops, and fosters activities and programs to strengthen relationships and support for strategic organizational goals and objectives.

5. Other duties as assigned.
