Business Management Senior Advisor - Trade Relations

The Business Support team creates value through standard processes including planned quarterly reviews, identifying and capitalizing on market changes and new product entries.
As Senior Advisor on the Business Support Management team, you will:
- Create and maintain business presentations, operational requirements and documentation.
- Create and analyze data to identify actionable insights and update to Trade Relations leaders, including identifying concerns and considerations, and gathering and distributing data partners.
- Identify and create analytics and presentations to manage products.
- Support cross-functional partners to operationalize trade strategies.
To be successful, you will utilize your project management experience to support concept through post implementation of product and operations improvements. Your strong strategic, analytical and relationship-building skills, as well as your experience crafting compelling presentations to various audiences in an agile, fast-paced environment, will all be critical to your success.
Ideally, this position will be located out of our offices in Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL. However, we may be open to a work from home arrangement for a highly qualified candidate.

Required Qualifications
* 5 years of experience (or combination of experience) in either strategy, management consulting, operations, analytics or product management..
* Advanced MS Office skills [PowerPoint, Excel]
Preferred Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, market access, account management, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience.
* Total quality management experience, change management, program/project management, and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process strongly preferred
Education
Bachelors degree required
