Flourishing Begins HereGreets, directs, and assists all telephone and on-site customers. Under supervision performs clerical/administrative functions required in preparation of routine correspondence and simple reports. Maintains multiple office procedures and administrative duties as necessary. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files and record systems and any other general office duties as it relates to the department business needs.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years office experience, preferably in a medical office setting
- Proficient in word-processing including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Work and Excel
Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally).

Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Some weeks would need to be 9:00am - 1:00pm
