Under general supervision performs clerical functions required in preparation of correspondence and complex reports, minutes and memos. Screens, refers and replies to telephone inquires, greets and directs visitors. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files and record systems(s). Operates standard office equipment. Drafts response memos for supervisor's signature. Prepares special presentation/ reports and spreadsheets. Leads projects and any other office duties as it relates to the department(s)' business needs.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 2 years general office or secretarial experience.
• Proficient in word-processing, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates proficiency with standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of preparing presentation reports.
• Ability to type 55 wpm.
• Knowledge of preparing presentations/ reports.
• High school diploma or GED.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hrs a week, schedule can be variable

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Our state-of-the-art facility features a 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds and eight operating rooms. All members of our staff and team, from pre-operative care through recovery, and our in-patient nurses are specialty trained in orthopedics. Our surgeons are renowned for their talent, knowledge and experience in their orthopedic specialties and sub-specialties. Having a team with a focused background and years of experience allow our staff to provide an unprecedented level of care, resulting in the best outcomes and experience for our patients
