Location: Jim Click Ford in Green Valley

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Jim Click Green Valley Ford Café. Supervision of cafe, ordering of product and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers. Cleanliness of café, both inside and out, in regards to excellent hygiene and service. Ensure excellent customer service is given to all customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.     Hiring, training, supervising and evaluation of staff-if needed

2.     Budgetary responsibilities

3.     Cash management

4.     Providing a high level of customer satisfaction

5.     Managing customer complaints when necessary

6.     Meet all health and safety requirements

7.     Food purchasing, storage, and preparation

8.     Equipment upkeep, continuous cleaning and baking

9.     Stocking inventory

10.  Catering company events

11. Assure that sanitation and safety practices comply with federal, state and local regulations

12. Planning of production schedules and work assignments

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.     Converse personably and cordially with a diverse population

2.     Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

3.     Ability to work in consistently demanding situations, with most tasks considered urgent, while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor at all times

4.     Experience in a Food Service environment preferred

5.     Excellent organization and prioritization skills

6.     Excellent interpersonal skills necessary, both for communicating with the staff and with customers

7.     Working independently as well as part of a team

8.     A love of and proven ability in food preparation and presentation

Must have a valid Arizona Drivers License.
