Were hiring a Call Center Lead for our NW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: CSR Lead
- Location: NW Houston
- Pay: $18-$23/hr.
- Hours: M-F 7:30am-9:45am (Starts 8-Hour Shifts) Weekends and Holidays with extra pay
- Duration: Long Term Temporary
- Description of Duties: Monitor attendance, motivate and coach representatives. Update call center team of product changes, and coordinates with upper management. Research escalated accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, minimum 3 years customer service experience and some collections experience. Must type at least 30wpm.
