Position Summary: The campus recruiter, representing TriumphX, will have responsibility for all university recruiting including the creation and execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting. This includes interns across a variety of degree plans as well as graduates for early career talent. Campus recruiting is a highly visible representative of the organization; promoting the Triumph Bancorp and Triumph X brands across campus communities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in the development of an on-campus strategy in partnership with business leaders and talent acquisition; including university selection, business participation, campus marketing and interviewing and selecting intern and graduate hires.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all early-career hires engaging with students, faculty and career center staff for intern, campus and early career hires.
  • Develop and execute an annual recruiting plan for target universities, virtual and in-person.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruiting events such as career fairs, student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events, mock interviews, resume review sessions and on-site interview event days.
  • Effectively source candidate from universities, networking events, and online sources such as LinkedIn, Handshake and Job Postings.
  • Develop relationships with and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates through the full recruiting cycle.
  • Coordinate with various hiring managers and university ambassadors on the university recruiting program, including the calendar of events.
  • Manage the summer intern program including onboarding, calendar of events coordination, performance reviews and offers for full-time employment.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of two full-cycle campus recruitment seasons.
  • Professional services firm experience or other related industries

The successful candidate will possess prior university recruiting experience and a passion for connecting with and promoting opportunities for college talent.
