Care Coordinator
Golden Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative duties in our new office in The Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and healthcare experience.
DUTIES:
- Fill all reauthorization needs
- Preform payroll exclusion corrections
- Add new clients into Catalyst, Access, and other required systems
- Fill, submit and follow all new lead and reauthorization paperwork
- Train new therapists on required computer systems
- Intake tasks
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent organizational and time management skills
- Previous ABA Therapy or healthcare experience
- Computer literate
- High school diploma or equivalent
