Our Client is seeking Caregivers in the Fort Worth area.
AVAILABLE HOURS
* Full-time hours: 1st shift 6am - 2pm and weekends
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Assist Individuals in training activities as specified in their Individual Support Plans (ISP) and activity schedules
* Assist and train Individuals in performing personal care and daily living activities to include but not limited to bathing, dressing and teeth brushing
* Provide supervision to Individuals to ensure that their safety and health care needs are not compromised
* Implement maladaptive behavior reduction program as specified by the behavior support plan, protocol or facility emergency procedures
* Assist and support with transporting individuals on community orientation integration field trips relating to programs, and as needed to other programs or appointments outside the facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
* Possession of a valid Driver's License
* Verifiable experience working with developmentally disabled (preferred)
* Ability to satisfactorily complete and pass given background checks and drug screen
