Job Requirements for our Carpenter / Craftsman:
- Quick thinking, able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ability to talk with customers about the job and/or any changes in the scope of work as well as deliver excellent workmanship.
- Complete a variety of jobs such as carpentry, drywall, repairs & installations, and light remodeling.
- Must own a standard set of tools for work.
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a PLUS.
- 10 years experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Pass a background and drug test.
