Case Manager
Deptford Center is actively seeking a Case Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Deptford, NJ
Must have Clinical Experience

DUTIES:
- Acts as the liaison between the clinical staff and the HMO's
- Collect vital information from various departments to be shared with the HMO's
- Verify coverage & benefits with the HMO's to ensure proper compensation
- Manage the MLTC secondary
REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate will have a clinical background and/or experience in a medical office
- Should understand medical terminology
- Must be able to read or quickly pick up reading clinical charts
- Excellent computer skill; strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record programs preferred
