Lincoln Property Company is currently hiring for a dynamic Cash Management Assistant to help oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. - Respond in a timely manner to Accounting and/or Property personnel requesting research on banking transactions, account maintenance changes and other miscellaneous needs.
- Processing of Wires and ACHs as requested by the Accounting Department.
- Enter Journal Entry support for cash transactions.
- Assist in the timely reconciliation of two or more bank accounts.
- 2+ years combined experience in Cash Management, Accounting and/or Property Management operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel & Word.
- Working knowledge of JD Edards, Yardi, Realpage, or other accounting software is a plus
- Possess Strong skills in time management and be very detail oriented.
