CVS Health continues to transform and enhance the experience of our customers! We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager- Beauty Service Execution. In this important role, you are excited about beauty. You can create strategies that allow your teams to translate their passion for beauty into sales growth and exceptional customer experiences. You will provide management and strategic direction to a team of 4 Senior Advisors of Beauty - who are the curators of the ultimate beauty experience in high-volume and key market stores for their respective geo territories. Your field organization also encompasses 8-12 Beauty Sales Coordinators who are the curators of the ultimate beauty experience in high volume and key market stores for their respective geo territories.

You are the ambassador for the CVS Beauty Experience & Service program to field leaders (DVP, RD & DL) and vendors, ensuring that you analyze business results and service evaluation tools to grow sales and enhance the beauty customer experience for CVS. You will also manage the National Beauty Service Training Program development, maintenance, scheduling, and efficacy evaluation. You will report to the Director of Beauty Service Strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Sales Driver- Selling: (50%) Manage Beauty Field sales team to achieve sales goals
* Provide regular and timely in-depth sales performance updates to the BE&S Merch team and field leadership on Beauty & Personal care business metrics for BE&S program stores.
* Drive superior divisional/region/district selling strategies that lead to revenue growth to sales budget targets for B&PC categories.
* Champion and manage B&PC strategic initiatives in the field. - Provide BE&S team sales management with analysis and reporting as required.
* Identify stores with business opportunities and create specific strategies to course correct opportunity doors to aid in budget achievement.
* Assess key tactics driving sale growth to maximize best practices in all stores.
* Create strategies to ensure BE&S vendor events and FS Merch beauty initiatives are executed to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
* Manage assessment of event results to implement strategies to maximize beneficial activities and reduce ineffective activities.
* Assess the competitive beauty landscape within the Division and create opportunities to address our challenges.
* Champion innovation within the division and share best practices to improve the performance of the entire organization.
* Talent Management/ Development (50%) Manage Beauty Field sales team to develop a strong team of valued contributors
* Field ambassador for Front Store Beauty Merch team with Divisional, Regional & District managers to ensure programs and initiatives are performed by the entire store teams and help lead cultural change in driving Beauty sales focus and support with Field Leaders and Store Management.
* Cultivate an environment of continuous learning
* Work with vendors and training partners to ensure consistent sales training and product knowledge curriculums are created and deployed to CVS Beauty Experience & Service teams.
* Help ensure the development of Beauty Sales Coordinator team of beauty experts and customer advocates that champion CVS beauty and ensure all CVS Beauty Experience & Service initiatives and programs are executed within your area.
* Create development goals and coaching priorities for all levels of the BE&S team. Ensure all required training and certification programs that impact the BE&S Service staff are completed promptly.
* Ensure BE&S staffing optimization by managing the recruitment process, managing turn-over rates, and identification of applicable BE&S talent.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment.
* 2+ years management experience, educating coaching, and developing sales teams.

* Passion for beauty.
* Ability to read and interpret general business information and metrics.
* Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills- must be able to navigate spreadsheets, create formulas and utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
* Work independently.
* Skill in organizing material, information, people in a systematic way to improve the efficiency and minimize duplication of effort.
* Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations and procedures

* Beauty industry experience preferred
