Certified Community Behavioral Health Manager

Summary:
The Certified Community Behavioral Health Manager (CCBHM) is responsible for the smooth functioning of the CCBHC clinics. The CCBHM manages non-clinical staff that provides direct services to patients who are receiving behavioral health treatment. The CCBHM plans and coordinated the day-to-day operations of the Unit and consistently monitors and tracks subordinates’ performance, as well as conducts performance evaluations. The CCBHM will participate in special projects, such as community program development, community relationship-building activities, and other types of project manage. 

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or Mental Health Master’s degree in Behavioral Healthcare (MPH/MB/MFT/LCSW or PhD) preferred
Experience: 5 years’ experience managing a department of non-clinical staff. Excellent leadership & organizational skills. Must have a working knowledge of clinic operations, social services and community re-sources. Ability to interact well across departments and clinics. Good judgement and decision making ability. Effective verbal, written communication & negotiation skills. Proficiency with computer applications: Microsoft (Word & Excel). Excellent leadership & organizational skills. Excellent presentation skills.
