Our Client is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to conduct temperature screening services in Alexandria.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Greet all employees and clients in a welcoming and professional manner - consistently treating all persons (clients and colleagues) with dignity and respect.
*Screen all employees and clients who enter the facilities: Take temperatures using non-contact thermometer. Review symptom list and verify that all symptoms are negative. If an individual is found to have symptoms or a temperature, follow given guidelines
* Follow HIPAA privacy rules to protect the personal health information (PHI) of employees and clients receiving services. Disclose PHI only among parties directly involved with the public health investigation.
* Wear appropriate PPE as directed by supervisor. Offer and provide face covering or surgical masks to clients or guests who do not have them. Maintain needed PPE and Supplies (disinfectant sprays, wipes, hand sanitizers etc.); and ensure materials are adequate for ongoing distribution.
* Utilize the CNA daily log to track and record the number of employees and clients with symptoms denied entry into the building, as well as employees and client with no symptoms permitted in the building
* Clean and disinfect workspace and other areas as directed by Onsite POC.
* Participate in meetings to share information and support services
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* CNA Certification in Virginia
* Current CPR, First Aid, and TB
