Job Description
Position Summary: The Charge Nurse Inpatient leads people, effectively uses time, equipment and supplies to maximize throughput of the surgical patient. Recruits, trains, and engages perioperative staff while engaging medical staff colleagues to strengthen relationships while continuing to work to meet or exceed organizational and national patient safety and quality goals.
Education Required: Arizona or compact state RN license; BCLS; Advanced Life Support Certification
Experience Required: 3+ years of related experience
Work Schedule: 12-hours, Days, Varied
