Schedule: Full-Time 06:30 AM - 15:00 PM

Reports To: Sr. Director, Nursing Operations

Summary: Has 24-hour responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned unit. Coordinates patient care with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the supervision of all assigned staff.

Requirements: Current California RN license. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS are required. A minimum of 1 (one) year of supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of Title 22, DNV standards, department-specific, and national practice standards. Knowledge of performance improvement, care plan standards, staffing, and acuity. In-depth knowledge of clinical practice within the assigned unit.
