Responsible for providing overall leadership for Centura Health managed hospital and its related organizations, with the objective to carry out strategies for the delivery of patient care and other matters as defined by the governing board. Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital's mission to be the trusted provider of rural health care services can be traced back to 1946 when the Burlington Rotary and community members dedicated time, money, and volunteer hours towards building a county hospital in Burlington, Colorado. A $29M CAH operated by a Health District, it includes a rural health clinic, outpatient services, and physician clinics in multiple communities in the County.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is Required
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration of related field is Highly Preferred and will receive preference.
• Three years direct experience in health care management at Vice President level or above, preferrably CEO/COO experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills

This position may be eligible for a Sign-on Bonus and/or Relocation Bonus.
