Job Description

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team. If you're driven by continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive organizational growth, productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective processes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set performance goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across multiple departments including Human Resources, Training, Service & Maintenance and IT.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, training, service & maintenance, and technology.
  • Ensure compliance with industry rules, regulations and company policies.

·        Evaluate and assess agency’s performance and recommend strategies to improve.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and implement company policy.
  • Experience with data analysis and insurance preferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices in the social service industry, especially I/DD and eldercare a must.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary $80,000 - $87,000
