Job Description
The position assists in performing various department functions including facilitating, analyzing and reconciling weekly/monthly claim payment fee for service and capitation check runs. Working in a fast paced environment and communicating professionally with different levels of management. Working closely with other departments and efficiently researching issues to better assist providers. Ability to multitask while meeting daily deadlines to successfully meet the check run needs.

Required Qualifications
- Must be able to return to Phoenix, AZ Office Post Covid. - Work from home position, but will need to visit office a few times a month for printing.
Proficiency in excel (formulas, formatting, and exporting data from spreadsheets).
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working as part of a team to meet established deadlines and resolve issues is required.
- Attention to details and accuracy are essential skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as part of a team to meet established deadlines and resolve issues is required.
- 1-3+ years accounts payable/accounts receivable/payment processing experience preferred.
-Knowledge of claim payment processing or account reconciliation is helpful.

Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
