As a Claim Reprocessing Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of all compliance related requests that are submitted to the Claim Reprocessing Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the "TP Processing" work queue volume within the ServiceNow platform. You will also be responsible for the resolution of compliance related issues, submitted by both internal and external partners, to the Claim Reprocessing inbox. The resolution and handling of both ServiceNow tickets and inbox compliance volume will require strong multitasking, collaborative and communication skills. A Claim Reprocessing Senior Coordinator is expected to respond to all inquiries both internally and externally, for resolution status updates, in a timely and concise manner. You will be required to document your handling of reprocessing related requests across a variety of different databases and provide reporting as needed. Additionally, as a Claim Reprocessing Senior Coordinator you will conduct bi-weekly meetings with members of the Claim Reprocessing team to ensure alignment and assist with questions/training needs. If needed, the Claim Reprocessing Senior Coordinator will assist with outstanding Reprocessing volume.

As you will work independently with minimal supervision; you must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities with individual deadlines and the capability to provide feedback for QA process improvements to management.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years professional experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy call center setting
* 3+ years using Excel and Outlook in a professional or academic setting
* Active RI Pharmacy Technician II License
* Active PTCB certification (CPhT)

Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years working knowledge of MS Access
* Ability to influence decisions by creating a strong case for action by leveraging analytical tools
* Ability to interact professionally with business partners (internally and externally)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Prompt and concise issue follow up
* Ability to quickly make sound decisions while multitasking
* Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
* Desire to seek continued professional growth
* Ability to complete work based on productivity standards (SLA) with minimal supervision
* Ability to work individually or with a team to identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions

Education
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Bachelors degree is preferred in Accounting, Finance, or Business
