Job Description
The Claims Analyst II is responsible for performing a range of professional claims adjusting and administration activities, including but not limited to investigating, processing, negotiating and settling a variety of claims including auto damage, auto liability and general liability. The position plans and schedules work needed to investigate and process claims, interview and contact claimants and witnesses, and complies with state specific claim requirements.
