Responsible for all functions related to physical handling of orders and electronic order creation. Other order creation and research functions maybe necessary. Must follow through on standard operating procedures, problem solving, and trouble shooting with minimal guidance. General areas include: Order entry validation, Data Perfection when needed. Support and demonstrate solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Support and adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. **Position will include a Saturday rotation in exchange for a weekday off.
Required Qualifications
-Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Windows knowledge and typing of 25 wpm desired.
- Must be able to work overtime and a Saturday rotation for exchange day off during the week.
-Must be able to lift a minimum 20lbs when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of automated mail systems experience.
- Two years of administrative project work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Software.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
