We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a product management role. As the Senior Advisor, you will be part of our Pricing & Network Product Innovation team which is engaged across all functions of our PBM operations with particular emphasis on delivering innovative solutions to our PBM and other enterprise clients. You will have the opportunity to use your strategic thinking and leadership skills to effectively manage and grow key client relationships, while having overall product ownership responsibilities. You will work with a team responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to existing PBM, Aetna and external clients. Your primary focus will be on retaining business and developing strategies to maximize the value being delivered by existing clients through the innovative product solutions that you will oversee.

You will engage cross-functionally across the organization to ensure our product portfolio is properly designed and meets legal, operational and client standards. Additionally, you will use your superior relationship skills to ensure client needs are being met and that are receiving the highest standards of service. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing best-in-class customer service to existing PBM, Aetna and external clients through regularly scheduled business reviews and management of client requests
- Developing innovative strategies that maximize the value being delivered by existing clients through opportunity sizing and then executing on such strategies to meet or exceed expected results
- Serving as the Product Owner of a suite of drug discount programs and be the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholder groups
- Partnering cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups to ensure the program portfolio that you oversee consistently meets legal, operational and client standards

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems. It will require a high level of risk vs. reward judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results.

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of account management experience with focus on service, contracting and sales

Preferred Qualifications
* PBM Experience
* Product Development Experience
* Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in 100% virtual setting
* Account Management, Contracting, Sales, Product Development / Ownership experience
* Capability conducting and managing client meetings via phone, web and (post-COVID) in person meetings
* Clearly communicating value prop of suite of programs

Education
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
